We may offer a free "live build" or demonstration of our AI receptionist service. Such demos are provided on an as-is basis and do not constitute an ongoing service obligation unless and until a separate service agreement is signed. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any demo booking at our discretion.
All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, video, audio, AI prompt designs, and software — is owned by Answerra or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee specific results from using the Service. Any results referenced (revenue figures, missed-call statistics, ROI estimates) are illustrative and not a guarantee that any user will achieve similar outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Answerra and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service. In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims relating to the Service exceed USD 100.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., iClosed, Bunny.net, Vercel, Retell) that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
